Cathy Zeiger - Founding Director
Founder of BIG International Inc., (now B.I.G. Boldly I Go Inc.), Cathy has worked at developing the BIG partnership between Kenya and Australia since 2008, experiencing a journey of many eye opening experiences, fine tuning our unique child sponsorship program and carer empowerment projects in the area of Nyahururu, Kenya. A heart for the community, both locally and overseas she is focused on improving quality of life and providing opportunities to empower others.

Del Hockey - Treasurer
Del and her husband Lyndon have been buying and selling new and used earthmoving machinery since 1988. Owners of the successful Cairns business 'Hockey Machinery Sales', Del brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to BIG. A heart to outreach disadvantaged people, Del is a highly valued member of our team.
Steve Zeiger - Secretary
Steve has been involved in BIG from the beginning, he has seen the growth in BIG, both in sponsored family's personal growth but also in the management of this Australian registered charity. A history in the building industry and now in bio-organic fertilisers, Steve offers his special style of support to BIG as secretary.
